Protech Theatrical Services, Inc. is unique in our industry. We are a full service manufacturer and contractor. We service the entertainment industry with projects in North America, the Caribbean, and Asia . Our work covers capital equipment for theatres, showrooms, ballrooms, lounges, convention spaces, schools and churches. We are particularly versed in major renovation projects, as witnessed by the recent completion of the Historic California Fox Theatre in San Jose . Protech's equipment, whether it is winches, computerized controls, canopies, acoustical controls, lifts, wagon systems or custom drapery, is all designed, manufactured and installed by our own full time staff. This approach ensures a seamless flow of information between our project management team and the customer.

In that this type of work is typically uncommon for General or Managing Contractors, therefore the Rigging Contractor plays a pivotal role integrating this important and necessary equipment. We ask that our customers take full advantage of our staff's vast knowledge and experience on renovation and new construction projects. The single most important component of a successful project is scheduling and sequencing. Our project management will work closely with you to help coordinate critical timelines, milestones, proceeding trades and follow on work. With literally hundreds of these projects under our belt, this task can be accomplished expeditiously. Often we are in a role of educator as well, relative to the big picture of what and how the facilities will be used, in particular amongst other trades whom have never worked in a theatre, and may never again. This is all we do and we are experts.

Founded in 1988, Protech continues to service the industry as a high quality, safety-conscious installation contractor utilizing an experienced team of full time installation superintendents. Since we do not subcontract our work, we maintain excellent quality standards, as well as safe job sites at all times. Our site specific safety program will be sent for your review and comment prior to the beginning of work on site. It is our normal policy to hire local labor, either union or prevailing wage as required, whom are under the direct supervision of our site manager at all times. The company is well known in the industry a specialist in fast track and renovation projects. Based in Las Vegas where the construction world turns fast, we can even hyper track work. Since 1994, Protech has become one of the industries only full service companies designing and manufacturing cutting edge hardware, computerized rigging controls and custom draperies.
